Tony gets drunk with a woman named Gretl in the Bowery. He finds out that his bank account has been frozen due to Obadiah Stane. In Hong Kong, Rhodey accepts a guard job on the wharf for movie producer Winston Phlan who tells him that his film shipments are being ruined somehow. While on guard duty, Iron Man is attacked by Radioactive Man, as ordered by his employer. The machine components that Radioactive Man was guarding are damaged in the fight. Iron Man dumps Radioactive Man, along with the components, into the water. Radioactive Man swims away, ending their fight.
