It's just a cat, right? I mean, the Avengers SHOULD be able to rescue a cat from a tree, right? Unfortunately, when both cat and tree are in an overlapping universe, giving them a very ghostly, and very INTANGIBLE presence, that does make it a puzzler. And it's doubly hard for the Avengers when their efforts attract a deadly interdimensional monster! Plus, the somewhat scintillating menace of...Hammerhead!

    The smiling heroes of Marvel Adventures Avengers are more authentic and more sophisticated representations than the Machiavellian Avengers being led by Iron Douche. Because of Marvel Adventures Avengers' humor, their sense of camaraderie, their willingness to serve justice, they're more realistically portrayed than the melodramatic and miserable heroes of mainstream continuity comics.     I already rated this in april of 2021, but that was so many years ago, lol, so I decided to reread it and you know, this is really good! I didn't even change my rating. Such a great story. It has a nice idea, it's interesting, not dumb in insulting way, but dumb on a level it can be enjoyable. Plus it's really funny, all the gags here were great. It's still not a masterpiece, but an example of a good issue for this series. Especially after so many mediocre or nonsensical stories...
