Wow there is so much to say, the art is still unbelievable, the writing is top notch, this has to be one of my favorite "mini-series events" I've read over the last couple years... Just incredible and yet my review will be only the 2nd user review for this 6th and final issue. I think it's sad that not many people are checking this out, for some it may be that too many things happen at once and the back and forth pre TWTC and post TWTC but again like after each issue Priest does a phenomenal job to tie up any loose ends at the end with intriguing summaries that also add to the lore of this world.

This whole story destroys any non-sense the MCU attempts to do with these characters in the cinematic world, and does what comics are sup pose to do or as Stan Lee use to say comics are suppose to transcend movies not be movies. And World to Come imo accomplishes this and goes head over heels to give us a rich satisfying experience.

With great twist we find out the story is blurred because we are hearing it from an old Everett Ross retelling the saga of T'Challa and Ketena to his granddaughter. Obviously he has early forms of alzheimers which Priest beautifully illustrates through the breaking of memories and slowly revealing to the reader the correct sequence of events as they actually happened with Ross trying his best.

We witness the funeral of T'Challa which then means the new King is the Professor McGregor, the son of Zuri. The funeral does nit proceed until Everett was found and brought to the ceremony due to his spiritual and lifelong connection to T'Challa.

This is the stuff of legends and deserves a well adapted TV series that honors the source material.

I will make a video on this because I loved the series so much.

Christopher Priest, Joe Quesada you guys made something really special here and I hope overtime more people will see it that way. (Coming from me a very critical comic book reader that says alot!!!)
  Excelsior!!! more
