If you've been largely unsatisfied with this series like many of my friends, issue #5 will most likely satisfy you. Me? I loved every single issue. Kirkman could haven taken the easy way out, giving us more of the same. But he didn't. Instead, with Marvel Zombies 2, we got a worthy follow-up that tried to do something different. What? They used that "braka-choom" with the rings the second time on the Hulk scene? I thought it was reference on the fact that Hank and Janet were married, when Pym killed her... Well. Not really killed and that's cool!
Also, this particular issue's dialogues and human relationships feel to me much more like The Walking Dead, than any others.
What about the story... It ends very depressing. Happy end would be a very naive thing, but the one we got was even worse. But still, it was a good series.
