I'd like to think Arcudi will break out of this obvious structure that he seems to have undertaken, but, even if he doesn't, we'll still get to look at Eric Canete doing his thing for the next three issues. We could do a whole lot worse than that. Read Full Review
For fans of Luke Cage, this is a nice opportunity to see the character handled in a slightly different way than he's been used in the last few years, and by someone other than Brian Michael Bendis. The artwork might not feel like the best fit for the book, but it's clear enough that it doesn't harm the issue too badly, and it's quite possible that it'll become more well-suited to the story as the series progresses. For casual readers, however, this probably won't stand out as anything special. Read Full Review
: This is solid comic. Nothing more, nothing less. You can probably guess how the other two issues shake down, but it'll be a fun story,none the less. The jokes don't run as funny as Arcudi could be, but it reads well. The best thing to check out is Canete's art, even if it's a little too sketchy, sometimes. Read Full Review
