DEATH OF WOLVERINE Aftermath!
• Not so long ago, Nightcrawler was dead.
• Now, with a second lease on life, Nightcrawler struggles to find his place back in the land of the living.
• But now that his best friend, Wolverine, has taken his place in the afterlife, that struggle just got a lot more difficult!
• And he may just find his solace in the last place he (or YOU!) would imagine!

‘Nightcrawler' #7 isn't moving forward his own comic at all but is purely a ‘Death of Wolverine' tie-in that you don't have to be following the main event for. Yes, it is out a week prior to Logan's death due to scheduling issues but if you are going to pick up any of the comics celebrating the life of Marvel's most used mutant, this is the comic! This will give every old school X-Men fan a taste of days gone by. The nostalgia is strong in this work and works perfectly, Claremont, I have to thank you for putting together such a perfect send off to Wolverine. I can't imagine anyone else doing it better. Although this issue doesn't quite further Nightcrawler's personal arc, it offers a lot by way of nostalgia and reflection. Never hampered by the hiccup in continuity, Marguerite Bennett, Chris Claremont and Todd Nauck's "Nightcrawler" #7 respectfully slows the story down for an introspective, highly emotional character piece. It seems like there could be more to leave us readers with after the death of Logan, but in not doing so, Claremont and Bennett's writing suggests that it is time to move on now, or, as Kurt says better, "You toast the man and tell stories about him that make you laugh. You do honor to his life by vowing to make yours better." This reader is looking ahead excited to see how Kurt will prove that to us readers at a loss. Read Full Review
