    Comicosity - Terrence Sage

The adventures of Nighthawk may have wrapped as he sits on the sixteenth floor of a construction sitebut, we won't have to look far because he has his hands in various pockets of the Marvel Universe. Something tells me Nighthawk and his cohort of justice will be making their return very soon. Read Full Review

    CourtOfNerds - Grant Stoye

It's a crying shame Marvel pulled the plug on this book. Nighthawk dug deep into the problems of racial injustice, hatred, gentrification, and corruption that are all too prevalent on the news, and it did it in a way that wasn't forced. It was relatable in a way most super-hero comics are not, and it's a travesty that Marvel couldn't suck it up and let this book mature instead of axing it for several more Avengers titles. Walker and Villalobos finished their tale masterfully, but they should be allowed to do more. Read Full Review

Though the series comes to an early end, Nighthawk #6 gives the series a fitting conclusion. With the gorgeous and often brutal artwork by Ramon Villalobos and Tamra Bonvillain bringing the cold world to life and scripts by David Walker that never minced words, Nighthawk was a powerful series that deserved more attention from readers than it received, but always rewarded those who sought it out. Nighthawk #6 was no exception. Read Full Review

The ending of Nighthawk #6 is both bleak and satisfying, and it will be interesting to see what David Walker does with the character in the upcoming Occupy Avengers title. Read Full Review

This wasn't quite the ending I hoped for, even though I'm not entirely sure what I was hoping for. This just wasn't as satisfying as I wanted it to be. It was good, don't get me wrong, but after that incredible fifth issue, I was expecting more from this. Still, this was a good series. I would've loved to see it continue, cause I think there's more story that could be told with these characters. But for what it was, I enjoyed it.
