The major blow to this arc is the absence of regular color artist Megan Wilson. Her subdued yet still vibrant style is the ideal companion to Williams' art and this is why I can't give this book a perfect score. However, Rachelle Rosenberg does an admirable job but the book's character isn't quite the same without Wilson. I love this book and just reading it has somehow made me a nicer person. Spend a few minutes chuckling and do something happy, read Patsy Walker AKA Hellcat! Can't wait for #15! Read Full Review
Although the plot was dependent on mind control,Hellcat#14 is a strong end to the comic's third arc as Kate Leth, Brittney Williams, and Rachelle Rosenberg give Hellcat a personal connection to Black Cat's gang through Ian and his ex and add plenty of physical comedy, smooching, and fierceness to see this story to the finish line. I really am happy how they treated the Zoe/Ian thing it could have gone bad pretty fast and it was treated very well with respect on both ends. Overall an ok arc nothing too wild. It's nice seeing the commitment Walker has to her friends and all. The art of williams is flawless for this type of series and should totally keep up the great work.
