    (Cover Date: January, 1988) Summary: A group of psychiatrists argue whether Stan Carter (Sin-Eater) should be released. They review his history & ultimately decide to release him. Upon hearing the news, Spidey decides to go to Carter's home to warn him. He finds Carter now a beaten down man from the injuries that Spidey had given him earlier. Not believing his eyes. Spidey leaves. He encounters Max Dillon (Electro) after he has robbed a store & is fighting against the police. Dillon discovers that Spidey's wall-climbing ability is based on static electricity & causes Spidey to crash to the street. Dillon decides to let him live for now & takes off, leaving a dazed Spidey behind.
