Summary: SS returns to Zenn-La to find that Shalla-Bal is now the empress of that world. She restored Zenn-La after Galactus devastated it, using the cosmic power that SS had given her. SS restores the home in which he grew up. Shalla meets with a Skrull emissary who wishes to establish a trade agreement. When she declines, the emissary implies that they would treat her world as an adversary. The emissary's aid unsuccessfully attempts to assassinate SS for being the protector of Zenn-La.
