And yeah, this is where it got worse. Peter as a kid ate dog mess and had a knife put to his crotch. And also got his balls kicked... That seems to be far from the possible bullying Peter could get in 60's. Not like I lived in 60's, but it seems like something only Ennis could guess. And this whole idea of him being watched by that bully ALL THE TIME is just... fuck. The kind of backdating I personally truly hate. By the way, the comic is freaking scary and gross! This cartoonish art only makes it worse. It's readable, but the feelings you get afterwards are not something you would want to relive once again.
