Who is Justice, and what does he have to do with THE TRUTH?
As I was busy summarizing the plot of this issue in the first column of this review I found myself actively struggling to condense the plot into a manageable size, and in the end I simply gave up. This is a information intensive issue, but it's also a very solid display of how strong a writer Christopher Priest is, as he not only delivers all the exposition one needs to get a good grasp on the character of Josiah X, and his close to five decades of back story, but it does it in such an entertaining manner, that I was fully invested in what was essentially a history lesson. I mean I'm read a lot of origin issues, and I'd have to say this one stands right up there with my all-time favorite, Spider-Man, as it's a back-story that tells you everything you need to know about the character in one single issue.
