I feel like the story has been spinning its wheels for the last few issues, but we finally have Thor empowered by the Infinity Stone rampaging in Asgard as promised. I quite like the art here. It's vivid with colour and dynamic in structure. The action of Thor bouncing up against the Infinity Guard again was a little underwhelming, though. There's a lot of movement in the art but the story felt kind of slow. Love the ending with Thanos, at least. Blood and Thunder has some good cliffhangers even if it is just dropping new characters into the story. It feels like a real escalation.
