Very similar format to Captain America Annual #11, which works pretty well as an annual overall. The Kang story remains a little goofy and moves way too slow. It's a weird combination of a history lesson and abject comic book Avengers nonsense. Still the annual is a pretty good celebration of Thor with the bonus stories. I like the Top 10s.
