While I understand Roger Langridge's reasons for leaving Thor, the Mighty Avenger and Marvel's reasons for ending the book, Langridge is vital to the book's success. Thor, the Mighty Avenger will be missed. One issue to go. Read Full Review
Im tired of praising Samnee every issue. I cant say anything negative about his work. I cant ask him to improve on anything. For what this comic book is about and what hes supposed to do, theres little I could suggest. Thats rare that a comic book is so perfect, that theres nothing to say about it. I guess the weakest part is the cover. Its not the best, but everything inside just flows. Something else that has to be commended is how Samnee draws a one page recap of the entire series, instead of just relying on a text blurb. I wish more comic books would adopt this formula. Sadly, we'll have to watch him elsewhere, because the powers that be have decided next issue is the last for this series. Perhaps the sales will spike or the chorus of fans will make themselves heard, and we'll see more of this excellent version of Thor. Read Full Review

"Thor the Mighty Avenger" #7 ends on a cliffhanger, leading into next month's finale. The book will be missed, but it's hard to feel too down after reading the latest issue, because the quality is so overwhelming. Soon to be a back issue bin treasure no doubt! Read Full Review
