Uh... Okay, not it's some emotions, at least. But the writing is still really lame... Our black Cap just "accidentally" killed his brothers in arms and he's absolutely fine with that. That's our hero! Of course it's the serum.

By the way, the artwork probably gets worse with every issue... Oh my god, it's like a kindergarten boy drew this in an hour... How could Marvel even approve it and why some people paid actual money for that - I can't even guess the answers. I probably should be rating it even lower only because of the art... But overall I can't say I hate this comic much. It's just lame and I see wasted potential all around.
