Sandoval's art remains expressive and he's on the money in remembering that Ultimate Sue is a young woman, not a sixties housewife. She, Reed and Johnny all display their powers in dramatic ways, and the action moves fluidly from scene to scene. We're left with not one but at least three cliffhangers, as we find Bendis doing his best to keep the Ultimate universe an entertainingly fresh alternative to 616 Marvel. Read Full Review
Generally speaking, then, it's a mixed bag. Although technically good, it fails to deliver much of what it promises. Most of the criticisms could be eliminated by changing the issue number and title but, unfortunately, that's not the way it played out. Read Full Review
