Divided We Fall has been a great event thus far, and this ULTIMATE X-MEN issue is a great addition to it. I love seeing how the bigger events are affecting these characters, and I can't wait to see them come into their own. I thought this book was going to be good, but I had no clue it was going to be this good. Solid creative team here, and I love everything that's going on in this book, and I loved that final reveal page. Read Full Review

Paco Medina's style previously did not jive with the serious tone of this series, but now he has got it right. His pencils look sharper and more subdued, allowing him to play up the emotions in his characters without getting into cartoony territory. A huge asset to the improved look of this book is Marte Garcia, who paints a gloomy and bleak landscape. A few panels appear too murky and lose some detail, but overall the refined look of this series matches Wood's dreary script to a tee. Read Full Review
