  The first two issues of Blood and Thunder are very straightforward and easy to follow, basically taking us from one point (Thor goes crazy) to the next (Surfer fights Thor) without any really break in the narrative flow. That kind of gets broken here as we are much more focused on stuff going on with Adam Warlock, Maxam, and Moondragon doing stuff with the Infinity Stones. The art is well done on the whole. Even if some characters like Pip the Troll are just kind of ugly to look at, others like Eternity look awesome.
  
  Yet it isn't the best story to be part of this Blood and Thunder event. We essentially end this issue where the last one also ended, with Adam and Pip confronting Thor (but nothing further than that happening). Th is feels like one of those series with a sprawling cast and not a lot of time for any of these characters. I didn't get that invested even if some of them are familiar faces, like Drax playing a saxaphone here or Eternity warning Adam about Thor. Stuff like that is unique enough at least it isn't all bad, we are however thrown a lot of exposition as readers which doesn't feel that productive, though it can be a helpful reminder of everything going on with some of these characters. more
