I always found Katzenberg to be annoying in a comedic-relief kind of way, but here he was just evil. Remains to be seen if this sudden change for Katzenberg is related to the plot or if just because it’s a new writer in Howard Mackie.

Kingpin-The Rose-Hobgoblin trio made for some of the best Spidey stories ever back when Tom DeFalco was writer. Even tho The Rose and Hobgoblin are different people now, theres no reason this arc cant be just as good.
