It's a pretty weirdly structured comic... Just like in the previous issue, the Punisher appears only in the beginning. And the first two pages of the previous issue were leading to this. I kinda forgot that, because it was yesterday, so I needed to rewind lol... Also this storyline with a random black cop seemed pointless at first, but it was there only to lead to that one thought about the Punisher and connect it with what Punisher did in the beginning. So it's all connected and works well in the end, but still the structure was too unusual for my taste and for half of the issue I was sitting like "why the hell do I need this information?". The storyline of the five widows moved almost no step further in this issue too. Okay, only one step more
