The Punisher's wildest foe is back! Left gut-shot in shark-infested waters, Barracuda's got a major score to settle with Frank Castle. But Barracuda's no dummy. Charging in with guns blazing is for suckers. He's got something serious planned.

    Comics Bulletin - Kevin Powers

Overall, this issue is worth the hype. Its well-written, the art is great, and you dont necessarily have to have read the entire run of the series to figure out whats going on. Garth Ennis is the master of the Punisher, and he proves it in the pages of his 50th Punisher MAX issue. I cant wait to see this story unfold as Barracuda has become one of the most insane and creative villains for the Punisher in a while. This is my Pick of the Week. Read Full Review

It's insane how Barracuda survived and looks almost unscratched, but the final twist was worth it, I think... Also the issue got really deep into Frank's inner thoughts, which is good. The series lacks this even if we count only those issues where Frank actually was in. But anyway, not a big fan of Chaykin, on some panels people have awful proportions. Not the best artist for the tone of the book, but not the worst one either.
