Not a bad follow up to the exciting first issue of this series. I'm in love with the Manga/anime style that's being used to bring Popeye to a new generation. The story continues to ramp up and grow to a universal size in scope. No bar fights or sea stories for Popeye in this one. He's fighting what is essentially Gods now! The pacing in this one suffers a touch in Jeeps very dense explanation of the Source Beings, but other than that it was a fun read! Read Full Review
