Making up for the lack is Mike Collins who handles the artwork with a professional's eye toward anatomy. All the characters look human and bear human proportions. The backgrounds are detailed and properly scaled. I'd easily identify this as Mr. Collins' best work. He keeps the Phantom exciting. When compared to the other characters the Phantom looks as lank and tall as he is in the strips. I only had one small caveat regarding the artwork. The Phantom wears two different rings. One imprints the sign of the skull. The other imprints the good sign of crossed swords. Read Full Review
