    More so than most graphic novels, The Victorian with its vivid pages and its deep, deep story with fully etched characters really deserves the sobriquet. In order to fully appreciate the power of the story in the Victorian, all of it must be read. This may be the series' only drawback. It is not for the casual reader. Fortunately each act is available in trade paperback format, and if you ask me every issue can hook you into the complex world of The Victorian. Read Full Review

    Artwise the guys do yet another bang up job - okay, so I know the book is on a bimonthly schedule, but they make the time pay, they seem to have invested their all in this series. The final trade, when it comes out, will provide a fitting endcap to the series...christ, I'm gonna miss this and it ain't even over yet. Read Full Review
