I loved this book and really the only thing negative I could say about it would be that it was a very quick read. I loved the action sequences and how immersive they are, but they do take up a good portion of this issue. But like I said that’s a very minor part to and otherwise absolutely amazing book. The artwork is stark and full of action; I loved the action scenes in it. Writer Yano Takashi and artist Oiwa Kenji do a fantastic job here, and remember, this is coming from someone who is not too familiar with the whole world of Assassins Creed. But I know a good read when I see it, and this was a very fun book to read. I look forward to what happens to Masato and he dives deeper into another world. Read Full Review

Titan's latest Assassin's Creed comic is unique both in that it's a direct adaptation of one of the games (Black Flag, to be specific) and a translated Japanese manga story. Unfortunately, there's little to recommend this version of the story over simply playing the game. Read Full Review
