Here's the problem, as I see it: Dr. Who functions best in very short story arcs " maybe two or three episodes at the most. The Eleventh Doctor series not only stretches its story to incoherence, it commits the mortal sin of removing the Doctor from the proceedings (or in this case, replacing him with a dour surrogate). Fans of the Eleventh Doctor might want to pick up this story, but for the most part, you can count me out. Read Full Review
