    The art by Alex Shibao is great. The alien dive-suits are fantastic and creepy. The design reminds me of old diving suits, the difference is these are made with alien tech. I will admit even the human dive-suits look like something from the future, which makes sense since the comic is the near future. The explosions are colorful, but manage to keep the characters in shadows of an underwater fire. Read Full Review

    Alex and Victor pulled off my favorite issue so far out of this arc. I get nervous every Wednesday comes out that I'm going to get a hold of a bad comic book. Luckily we have a great ensemble of creators at the helm. Read Full Review

    All in all, if you loved the original Independence Day movie or plan on watching the upcoming sequel (which should be everybody, right?), I recommend you check this series out.
