The art by Jesus Hervas and coloring by Jason Wordie were superb throughout. I was particularly impressed by the single panel depicting Amunet on page 17 and the panels depicting Belial and Amunet on page 19. So, a breather from the plot to tell an important back story. Not for everyone, but most definitely a sign that Chris King is playing the long game, filling in gaps and adding depth to the world of Penny Dreadful as he goes along. Read Full Review
