    So let's talk opinions. I like this book. I've always been a huge Iron Fist fan as well as a Karate fan. This book is a great origin tale. It really gives you a nice look into what makes the Monkey King tick. I love his powers, which are basically the same as DC's Animal Man, except that the Monkey King actually transforms into the animals. In addition, he is skilled in Kung Fu and is not hesitant at all to lay the beatdown on five hot ninja women with weapons. Great art on that splash image, by the way. He's basically an evil man looking for redemption and to right the wrongs he has caused. I can dig that. Was this issue worthy of being a Fear Itself tie-in? No. Did it have anything to do with Fear Itself other than a two panel mention? No. Are the people at Marvel willing to do anything to get your money? Yes. Seriously, Marvel dudes, WTF?
