The writing itself runs a bit more smoothly, poetic and shallow, like skimming your fingers across the top of a stream rather than shoving your hand in it. Pleasant. Touching. With as few words and details as possible, Beth pays tribute to her lifes mentor and leaves us with a commentary on the power of music, mental life guides, and coming back to yourself.
