Writer Mike Mignola loves to write about monsters, which is the reason he created Hellboy & the B.P.R.D. universe. This is a love letter to those famous monster movies like Dracula, The Wolfman & Frankensteins monster. Its a beautiful hard cover, stand alone story and its a hoot. Illustrated by the weird & fantastic art of Richard Corben (Ragemoor). Im a huge fan of Corbens work, the men are often drawn stocky, the women are voluptuous & big breasted & the monsters are awkward & deformed, but in a cool way.
