As a gamer more accustomed to strategy games like Civilization and Caesar, MotE really came as a shock to me. It seems impossible to grasp for first time players of this specific genre and ends up being unstimulating from the sheer amount of information and possibilities. I do acknowledge it is a very well made game with enormous attention to detail and is probably a thrilling game for people in the know. I, on the other hand, would love to be able to play it properly, but that would have to involve some study time. The games tutorial was not enough to cover all the intricacies of the game. Most of the functions you have to learn with in-game tips, which are quite extensive. All in all, it seems like a very good game, despite my inability of playing it. Read Full Review
