  If you’re looking for a quick read, don’t buy this. If you’d rather buy a few more comics about the same superhero that you’ve been reading about for years I get that, but I cannot see anyone who takes the time to read this book being disappointed at the end. Seriously, this one is a must read for any fan of the fantasy genre and really anyone who loves graphic novels or reads comics seriously. It is very complex, and I could see that turning off some casual readers, but if you’re a fan of Lord of the Rings, then I would still suggest giving it a go. Take your time with it; give it a chance because it truly is a work of art. This is the start of a beautiful series and its biggest problem is that it’s going to be a while before we get the second volume. Read Full Review
