    Geek-O-Rama - Rick Oct 19, 2016

The art in this comic is cartoon cool, a lot of blocky shapes, and the colors are strong. The writing is refreshingly calm and even erudite, if longwinded at times. The themes of divinity versus humanity, expectations and origins are ones rarely explored in comics, and even more rarely with TRPs style of brooding, almost haunted questioning. Definitely a series worth keeping an eye on I just hope they can develop their theme without drilling it into the ground. Read Full Review

The premise is an interesting one. People talking about how they used to listen to his music and that he used to be good is a new aspect to add to this style of story. It's just not enough to carry the story, and that's what it feels like it's being asked to do. Only one character is likable; the rest could honestly be killed by the aliens and I would be fine with it, Messiah included. The aliens plan could be cool but seems half-brained at the moment. It's an interesting premise, but not a great comic book, and for that reason, I'll likely skip the rest of the series. Read Full Review
