Definitely worth having in your comics collection, “To Hell You Ride HC” is visually stunning in its imagery and stylishly written in its prose. Much like his performances, Lance Henriksen delivers a memorable stamp into his first foray into comics. I hope Henriksen and Maddrey come up with another comic. There are the seeds of a great story here, but it's sadly buried under the execution. Maybe someday, someone will take these same ideas and arrange them better, or present them in a more succinct manner, but as of right now, if you're really interested and willing to give yourself to the comic you might find some enjoyment in To Hell You Ride, and it's certainly above average, but it's a reminder that above average doesn't necessarily mean good.
