    I don't like the tension between Cassie and mother Helena, and I don't recall it being around, or at least anywhere near that strong, in the past. It seems to be out of nowhere, and Helena is very cutting to her daughter in the beginning of the story. I have been saying for quite a while I don't like Cassie's lack of a costume, and this is no exception- she's basically walking around in her costume the whole issue and then pulls off her jacket and shirt to change. If she's a daughter of Zeus, shouldn't she have more powers than just hitting things hard and flying? I would think a costume change would be entirely within her abilities, and maybe I'm just old fashioned, but I don't like the era of Wonder Tank and Super T. I like my super heroes to have costumes, code names, secret identities, and to try and protect them, not hug their supporting cast members in public in costume.
