Tsugu and her friends have overcome many hurdles in order to find happiness, and only time will tell what their outcome will be. The Graphic Library - Sara Campbell
Jun 12, 2021This was a pretty short volume compared to the length and depth of volume one. There’s not as much progression of the storyline or the characters as all of the characters are in the same place as they were at the end of volume one: Yuushin is still angry with no way to channel his anger, Tsuga is still overly optimistic, Sora is still without direction, and Asari seems rutterless and on the outs with the friend-group. There is a scene between Yuushin and Asari where a consensual kiss turns into attempted sexual assault that is halted simply because Asari has an adorable cartoon character on her underwear, which reminds Yuushin that they are still youthful and he is not an honorable person There are cartooning elements during the struggle that are comical in nature as well as shuddering, which leaves me overall a little unsettled with how Ozaki approached the topic.
