Cairo is a story that may not appeal to everyone. Certainly, it seems to invoke different responses in each reader. I've already read one review that praised Perker's art but was fairly unimpressed with the execution of the story. Regardless of the difference in opinions, I think one thing all readers and reviewers can agree on is that Cairo is a provocative and heartfelt look at Eastern culture.
