Comic Book Resources - Greg McElhatton Feb 10, 2011

Still, potential continuity tangles aside (and there's always a chance we're in for a surprise on how this fits in), it's a good opening issue. Roberson has fun playing with his spy game tropes (even down to a Cold War opening scene, after all), and there's definitely room in the "Fables" universe for a shift into action-suspense-thriller once a year or so. I'm looking forward to the next issue already. Read Full Review

    Razorfine - Alan Rapp Feb 16, 2011

Although there's not a ton of action in this first issue, we do see Cinderella's spy skills at work as well as learn the identity of the assassin she seeks. I'm not sure how this is going to play out, but it's a strong first issue that will make me take a look at next month's as well. Worth a look. Read Full Review
