The conclusion of "No Future" sees our nameless hero sent out on a mission he has no plans to return from. But is that by design of his masters or initiative on his own part? Let out in daylight for the first time in years, he sees aspects of the DMZ that tweak his long-repressed conscience, and he's forced to make an impossible choice.
I assume Matty Roth will take the spotlight again next issue, as Wood is unlikely to abandon his protagonist completely after so many issues. But I certainly didn't miss Matty during this arc. Not when Wood had such a compelling story to tell. Read Full Review
