As the title promises, part 4 of The Return of the Maharaja is chock-full of Death and Dismemberment. Tensions come to a head between Nathoo and Buldeo in the expedition camp when the Dhole mount another attack, while the Maharaja and Nalayani face their ultimate fate in The Village of the Dead.

    Fairest #18 is a step up in nearly every level of its past issue and the story is getting stronger moving forward.     "Fairest" #18 isn't the most riveting issue of "The Return of the Maharaja," but it did what needed to be done to set the story up for the conclusion around the corner. All in all, this storyline is still easily in contention for the best of "Fairest" to date, and for that alone I most definitely approve. Read Full Review

    Fairest #18 is certainly an improvement over last month's issue, but it does have weird jumps in action such as the rivalry back at the maharaja's camp and Charming's attack of the crocodile that aren't properly set-up and seem a bit out of place with the focus of the issue, and whose inclusion disrupts the flow of the story.
