Roberson uses this issue to give us a bit of background on Ellie while also cleverly tying into our first chronological introduction to the series' lead, Gwen. Issue #12 is a great breather issue before we dive back into the thick of the overall plotline. As it stands, this and issue #9 are my favorites of the series thus far. I wouldn't be adverse to more character-centric spotlights like these. Read Full Review
