The Graphic Library - Sara Campbell
May 23, 2020There is quite a bit of blood in this volume, but the rough way this is drawn makes it so that what we see isn’t super gory. The narration is slightly choppy and flashbacks aren’t made apparent like normal manga (which usually incorporates a black gutter to indicate flashbacks). I'd like to see more character development for Tanjiro and for his supporting characters. So far, the characters around Tanjiro are there to move the plot along. We get a little bit of development of the two demon-doctors, so I am hoping that we can get more in the next volume. Read Full Review
