The final issue to the first volume of Gen-13 goes full circle as the "dead" Gen-13 members have their powers go haywire from a genebomb last planted issues prior that create unnatural disasters to the world. Nate, Trauma Queen, Twenty-Man Tommy, and Voodoo Doll work to go after the I.O scientist able to repair the disasters. Sarcastic banter ensues.
