Plot After solving the case with Vincent Price, Elvira is sent to a pocket universe where she relives a series of classic horror films from different eras of cinema, starting with Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho, Stanley Kubrick's The Shining, Ridley Scott's Alien, Wes Craven's A Nightmare on Elm Street (Freddy Krueger), and David Cronenberg's The Fly. Of course, they reference these films, but don't use the same titles; however, it's clear they are alluding to them.
