Simon Pure continues his daring adventures thanks to his immortality, his unconscious roguishness, and his altruistic sense of morality.

Issues 8-11 contain three different, self-contained stories where Simon encounters legendary real-life figures from the American Revolutionary War, such as Annie Oakley and Johnny Appleseed. A war story reveals other evils operating undetected, where Simon's naiveté, clumsiness, and overconfidence get him into and out of trouble.

Issues 12-14 introduce THE NORTHERNER, a mysterious time traveler attempting to stop a terrible historical change orchestrated by another traveler named Mr. Cobbler.

THE NORTHERNER comes from an alternate future where the South wins the American Civil War. His goal is to prevent this temporal shift because the United States as a nation will never be born, and that would mean Simon's death. The Northerner and Simon Pure connect with Geiger and Junkyard Joe in a way that is important and pivotal to the UNNAMED universe.

The narrative, which blends historical facts with elements of magic realism, makes this volume entertaining, educational, and brilliant.

Plot
This comic is set during World War II, where Red Skull sends his right-hand man, Baron Von Strucker, on a mission to find the mysterious civilization of Attilan, home of the Inhumans, who have been mysteriously missing for centuries, but whose power could be used as a weapon against the Allies.

Strucker obtains a series of hieroglyphs that tell how the Inhuman royal family was wiped out by a plague. They find the Inhuman sarcophagi, whose skeletons show their destroyed chests. It is then that one of the soldiers discovers many Xenomorph eggs, and they are attacked by a horde of facehuggers.

Strucker and a few others escape. A few weeks later, in Nazi-occupied France, H.Y.D.A., on Red Skull's orders, launches a test attack in which an entire village is attacked by facehuggers, and thousands of xenomorphs are born. Red Skull has a Xenomorph queen in captivity, and she's laying eggs.

The Howling Commandos arrive in this completely destroyed French village and are attacked by an early-stage Xenomorph. Captain America and Bucky eliminate it. Cap rudely orders Nick Fury that they need to work as a team.

This mind-blowing crossover reimagines Captain America's first missions with the Howling Commandos against an otherworldly threat, filled with terror and suspense.

Plot
Captain Marvel, Iron Man, Scarlet Witch, Vision, Captain America, and Black Panther try to stop Kang from triggering the lost moment, but the horde of zombies (Marvel Zombies) prevents them from launching a sufficiently powerful attack on Kang, not even Hyperion can.

The X-Men are scattered across the globe, stopping threats detected by Impossible City, but suddenly, communications are cut off. Someone has accessed Impossible City's system.

Black Panther devises a plan to activate an energy bomb to eliminate the entire zombie horde and attack Kang, but Kang is too powerful, recreating an even larger horde in seconds. However, just when all hope seems lost... Impossible City appears, with the entire Twilight Court. Kang's creations recover their ship, which is actually called Camelot, and come to take revenge on their creator.

An exciting installment with more revelations and twists, enriched by the continuity of other great Marvel events.

Rook, Dire Wolf, and Matterhorn reach the Better-World Corporation's power base, the location Wildfire Grid indicated as Bloodhound's last known whereabouts. This place, situated in a frigid zone, is abandoned, and they have to rappel down into its depths.

Rook's birds are agitated by the presence of cobwebs. Rook's connection with his birds and with the pigs of the deceased Ursaw is harmonious and empathetic.

Bloodhound attacks his daughter, Dire Wolf, with disproportionate aggression; he doesn't recognize her. Matterhorn stops Bloodhound, who runs away, heading for a massive spider nest that forces them all to retreat. Suddenly, another Warden appears with katanas, ready to kill Bloodhound. His name is Stag.

This installment maintains the powerful narrative pace that blends this post-apocalyptic future, which is repeated in new settings, mixing the science fiction and monster genres. It's one of the best comics of the moment.

Jason Fabok delivers his incredibly detailed art, where everything makes sense. He recreates new worlds with futuristic technology, making them believable. Each page is mesmerizing and sends shivers down your spine. He plays with the scale of this entire world with a cinematic vision. Plot
Peter/Star Lord, Nova, and Shuri try to stop the war between the Skrulls caused by Maximus and Black Bolt, blaming the Skrulls for this "coup d'état."

But politics are dirty, and Black Bolt succeeds, becoming the most important ruler in the galaxy, even though many know the truth, including T'challa.

T'challa asks Shuri to take care of Nova so she'll abandon her desire to reveal the truth. Star Lord, on the other hand, assumed this new regime because it gave him a good political position.

The galaxy has a new union of planets, which includes not only the Shi'ar and the Skrulls.

Black Bolt now leads the galaxy as the supreme civilization, the Inhumans. Black Bolt even banishes Maximus after all the help he had given him.

A powerful ending that changes the status quo of the galaxy thanks to a political conspiracy.

Sigurd Jurlson gets another construction job, and the Serpent attacks him with an army of his soldiers.

The sequences of Sigurd using his hammer tied with a rope are real and exciting.

Lucky is visited by his father... Odin enters the scene in this urban resurrection of Norse mythology, where the reader with a notion of these stories is complicit with the appearances of characters easily identifiable in the pantheon of Norse heroes. However, the story remains constant and monotonous in its narrative.

His art presents a beautiful dreamlike tone, full of colors that highlight the facial expressions and feelings of his characters.
