Captain America is between life and death. Red Hulk's attack has left him severely injured, but mysteriously, his soul is sent to the Underworld, where Doctor Doom and his ally Veratok explain that his life hangs by a thread and he's there because his soul is about to cross over. Doom asks Cap for help to stop Mephisto, who hates Doctor Doom and wants his soul.

Steve isn't con vinced about helping Doctor Doom, but after witnessing someone being tortured, he decides he must help these tormented souls escape Mephisto's torments.

Mephisto, on the other hand, recruits Red Skull to defeat Steve Rogers.

This comic completely shifts its narrative focus from ideological and geopolitical conflicts to pure horror in a fluid and organic way.

Plot
The Trillion Dollar Kid/Tommy creates a flashy tour called FUN WONDERLAND, where he gives away t-shirts and candy. This serves as a front for using his spy drone technology to continue his search for the exceptional beings his parents codenamed "Unbelievables." His first stop is Warwick, the town of Zach and Rose.

Tommy, with Sterling's help, observes a typical day in Zach and Rose's lives, revealing that Rose has a normal, seemingly perfect family. Zach, on the other hand, lives in a toxic environment with his parents at the funeral home.

Zach and Rose awaken as their powers activate, leading them to a cave where demons escaped from Hell. They set out to neutralize them, and both Tommy and Sterling witness the battle, nearly getting hurt.

Tommy explains to Zach and Rose about their parents' disappearance and that their parents had written the word "UNBELIEVEABLES" in the cave. Tommy wants to know if his parents are in heaven or hell. Zach and Rose take him to Purgatory, where they confirm that Tommy's parents aren't dead; they haven't gone to heaven or hell.

Upon returning to our world, Sterling shoots down a mysterious spy drone that was monitoring them all.

As a thank you, Tommy gives Rose and Zach his parents' bunker and asks them to accompany him to search for other Unbelievable beings in Washington... they're called the Rocketfellers!

This crossover continues to balance action with mystery, magic, and science fiction, while it begins to reveal that the existence of the Unbelievable beings is part of something bigger.

Plot
Infernal Hulk has kidnapped Multiple Man and Glob of the X-Men to revive another monster, The Gardner. His plan is to continue resurrecting monsters.

Bruce Banner speaks with Tony Stark and Reed Richards, revealing that his blood no longer contains gamma radiation. The Eldest completely removed Hulk from his body. Banner asserts that the only way to defeat Infernal Hulk is by creating another, more powerful Hulk.

Bruce and the Avengers head to one of the areas Infernal Hulk has created—a bleak and gloomy paradise. They go to Skaar, Hulk's son, who reveals an interesting weapon: a plant called God's Blood, which repels evil and heals wounds.

Bruce doesn't trust this plant to be the solution and seeks out Doctor Voodoo to use his magic to carry out a mysterious plan: returning to the Soul Cage where he previously trapped Hulk.

Dr. Paganini explains her work with Noah. She discovered that there are spaces in the mind that connect with other people; she calls them "Soul Spaces." These are like pocket dimensions that can be activated in dreams and allow you to con nect with the Collective Consciousness (Carl Jung's theory). It's possible to deploy these immense pocket dimensions into other minds, but to do so, Noah creates androids that connect with these sleeping people and operate remotely. The only way to sever this connection is with energy like that of a nuclear bomb, since the androids have superpowers and this connection is erratic and prone to psychotic reactions.

They called this project MANOWAR, and Ted is one of these androids.

The comic ends with Ted in grave danger...

The art is highly detailed, full of textures that give it a vintage feel and heighten the tension and drama to eerie levels.

Plot
This volume concludes the Ash Arden story arc and includes The Northerner arc.

Dr. Andrei Molotov explains how he tried to make Ashley Arden different from Tariq Geiger, but everything changed when he revealed that he was the one who created the atomic bombs that caused this nuclear holocaust. Molotov created Geiger and Ashley twice: first with the bomb, and then with the ves t and boron rods necessary to control their powers.

Geiger is captured by WREN's men, the ex-convict and self-proclaimed warden of Cold Water Prison. There, he begins interrogating Geiger about a man named Goldbeard, who hid a treasure in the prison and disappeared with the secret.

Geiger escapes from prison, and his powers are out of control. Apparently, the possibility that he might one day explode and cause another apocalypse is the main reason why President Griffin wants him.

Geiger collapses to his knees, exhausted, as he receives the boron rods that control his powers from the snout of his large, two-headed dog companion, Barney.

This volume includes a solo adventure of Ash Arden that connects Redcoat to Geiger's universe.

The Northerner appears and explains to Geiger that he comes from an alternate future where the South won the American Civil War, resulting in a different nation. Then, someone shows him a speech by Martin Luther King Jr. from our reality, where the North won, and where this great statesman actually existed.

The Northerner travels through time constantly and must discover what to do in the era he is sent to, such as when he managed to stop the changes in the past with Redcoat's help, ensuring the North's victory (Read REDCOAT TP VOL 2). But now he's in the future and doesn't understand what he should do, or if the change he made in the past didn't stop the catastrophic UNKNOWN WAR, where the origin of the nuclear attack remains a mystery.

But The Northerner is constantly receiving help, weapons from another era that allow him to defend himself. Although Geiger doesn't quite believe him yet, he helps him reach Detroit, where there's an information center The Northerner needs to know what to do in this time. But they're intercepted by highway robbers who are crushed by a tank sent to The Northerner as assistance.

This volume begins to reveal key elements for understanding this unknown war and how it relates to Redcoat, Geiger, and Junkyard Joe—a mind-blowing mix of Terminator and Mad Max!

Plot
Thor loses his cape in the Battleworld during Secret Wars, and he and Hulk use the same machine Spider-Man used to create the black suit. Unbeknownst to Thor, he bonds with the symbiote.

This design of Thor's symbiote suit is spectacular.

Thor feels an even greater power than before, and in his new black armor, he faces the Jotun ice giants on Midgard. Loki and Sif assist Thor, but Loki senses something is amiss with his brother, especially since Thor seems less compassionate.

A voice in Thor's head urges him to act.

During the battle, Thor discovers something hidden in a cave: Knull. He and three symbiote dragons capture Thor and torture him with fire to force him to release the symbiote. Thor uses the thunderous roar of Mjolnir to free himself from the symbiote and drag Knull into the void between dimensions.

Thor celebrates his victory and freedom from being a symbiote host, but Loki is now the new host.

Excellent reimagining of what would have happened with Thor fused with Venom, excellent narrative pacing by Torunn.

It's detailed and maintains all those heroic poses where facial expressions define each scene.

Plot
Hellboy and Anastasia are in Greece on a nudist beach in 1980. The only one wearing a swimsuit, Hellboy is uncomfortable and embarrassed, but their relationship is beautiful because they complement each other perfectly.

Anastasia tells Hellboy he should contact his father and the entire B.P.R.D. team, but Hellboy only wants to be with Anastasia. That night, they are attacked b y a giant spider, but they don't find it unusual.

After this hilarious date, they go to Dr. Campbell's excavation site, where he finds artifacts similar to those of the Suaren Artea witch cult, which Anastasia is investigating. There, she meets Dr. Sheffield, who is behind the spider's attack. He is actually the witch Delilah, trying to protect Suaren Artea's secret.

Delilah attacks Hellboy and Anastasia with a swarm of spiders, which abduct Anastasia and leave Hellboy weakened by numerous venomous bites.

Follow this beautiful story that blends supernatural horror and romance with a vulnerable and hopelessly lovestruck version of Hellboy.

Alex Nieto delivers art with a naive yet brilliantly somber tone, perfectly suited to this story. The color palette shifts between red, orange, and green in its various iterations, creating a sepia-toned atmosphere reminiscent of the 1970s.

Concrete, Larry, Maureen, and the boy continue their road trip while the boy recovers from his transformation. During this journey, Concrete narrates his story from town to town. They are currently traveling through the deserts of Colorado, USA.


They stop at some giant sand dunes, where Concrete experiences an introspective moment. He is struck by lightning and fal ls unconscious, sinking into the dunes.

A brilliant story filled with contemplative moments about Concrete's process of self-discovery and his ability to share it with others. It's recommended to read the previous book.

The art is incredibly detailed and realistic, captivating with its dynamism and enhanced by a fantastic color palette that perfectly captures the dunes and the desert landscape.

Concrete continues his journey, narrating his life, but the dunes awaken an introspective process within himmore

Plot
Thundarr, Princess Ariel, and Ookla travel to 1994 to where the sorcerers are to stop their spell to wipe out the entire human race.

Thundarr confronts them with his sun sword, but they cause him to experience a temporal effect of time travel, so that in seconds he sees all humans massacred and that in the world he comes from, he is the only surviving human.

However , this temporal paradox causes him to return to the sorcerers and find himself in the past.

This entire time travel process is not fully explained; we'll have to wait for future installments to understand how it works.

Plot: Frank is the victim of Jigsaw's cuts to key points in his muscles and joints. Frank falls wounded and almost immobile.
