This issue is very well written about the plot and mystery creation. But if Batman doesn't have money, how could he build such a big car?

I've never read a single issue of Batman in my life. I can even say I wasn't interested. But this series made me develop an interest in Batman. However, some parts were extremely boring, and the scene where Batman puts a tracking device on Roman seemed ridiculous to me and somewhat spoiled my reading pleasure.
