Batman: The Dark Knight (2011) #23.4 |

Honestly this issue wasn't very good. The story was stale and I honestly couldn't get into it. The overall theme comes off as feminist which is never fun to read. Don't get me wrong, I'm about equality, but this is the opposite of that. This story wants women to be above men. |

Mighty Avengers (2013) #1 |
Sep 13, 2013 |
This issue was surprisingly good, don't let the lower score deter you from buying this issue. Maybe because of our lower standards, but the issue carries itself very uniquely. The relationship and mentoring of Luke Cage towards the new Power Man is already interesting and Power Man's dismay towards Superior Spider-Man is already entertaining. Also a new mysterious character is introduced. All we know is that he knows Spectrum and he is now under the alias, "The Splendiferous Spider Hero." |

Scarlet Spider #21 |
Sep 10, 2013 |
You find yourself torn between which Scarlet Spider you agree with and root for, all while all of Kaine's friends are being kidnapped one by one. Also the twist ending has you begging for more! |

Batman (2011) #23.1 |
Sep 9, 2013 |
This is one of the more disappointing issues so from Villains Month. Most villains month issues have been a tie in into the current ongoing event "Forever Evil." Most people, including me, were curious about how The Joker would contribute due to his disappearance in the event "Death of the Family." This issue is a flashback from years ago, revolving around The Joker's "son" monkey that he "adopted." |
