Pak delivers a solid opening to Truth in Action Comics. But it is still uncertain if this Superman story will be able to stand alone like promised.

Arrow Season 2.5 is a fun ride so far and it succeeds most when it is standing on the legs of Team Arrow, but even when it steps away from that it is not much of a misstep at all. Fans of the show will surely enjoy this installment.

Arrow Season 2.5 isnt anything too special yet. Fans of the show will enjoy getting an extra dose of their favorite characters. Now that weve had our little recap, hopefully our next installment gives us a good idea of the road ahead for Team Arrow. Lets call it three and half Daily Planets.

Arrow Season 2.5 is doing a great job of settling into its character dynamics and filling in some gaps in the world of Arrow. Even though it feels like were just spinning our wheels waiting for the real story to start, the team does manage to make our time in neutral fairly enjoyable.

Arrow Season 2.5 #3, is not a technically bad issue. In fact, someone who hadnt seen the last few Arrow episodes in Season 2 might really enjoy the writing in this issue. But, points off for being a complete and total rehash. For those who've seen the show, no need to bother, really.

Arrow Season 2.5 is starting to hit its stride, story-wise. But, the balancing act it is trying to pull with the large cast in such a small space will continue to hinder strong storytelling.

Booster Gold: Futures End #1 is about as vague as things can get, and it unfortunately doesn't leave a lot for us to say about it. We're left to assume things about a lot of variables that won't be answered for who knows how long. Right now, it feels less like an interesting mystery and more like being just plain withholding. And if you dislike vague teases, you probably better knock a Daily Planet off this score.

Doctor Fate begins with a war of Egyptian gods brewing. Things are already shaping up nicely for our new Lord of Order.

Green Arrow #35 is the start of what looks to be some serious world-building for Green Arrows world. Its easy to view the arc negatively in light of the unforeseen early departure of such a fantastic team, but lets try to judge this arc fairly, folks. Three and a half Daily Planets.

Green Arrow #41 is a brand new day for Mr. Queen. A mystical foe on the loose seems to be sending him back to some of his roots in a good way.

Justice League 3001 is fun, cover to cover. This messed up, dysfunctional League is one to follow.

Justice League 3001 is one of the funniest team books on the stands. Pick it up.

Midnighter #3 is story light but quite fun on character.

Red Hood and the Outlaws #36 is an uneventful, overwritten installment featuring a lot of drugs, but not a lot of events.

Flash Season 0 #1, while a quick read, is great fun. Its definitely an excellent primer for the series to come.

Flash Season 0 #2 doesnt quite have the strength of its first outing. But some fun character dynamics beginning to come out makes up for it.

Unfortunately, Flash Season 0 #3 captures very little of the magic of the show. Instead, we get what amounts to a filler episode as the plot continues to stall before any conflict.It's a shame how slow the pace has been, especially with such stellar showings by the tv show so far.

Flash Season 0 #4 is a clear improvement. Were finally getting the promise fulfilled of metas that would be difficult on television. But even with a few notes being hit right, some bad jokes and huge stalling moments hold it back.

The Flash Season 0 is back to square one, hoping single cool moments will win you over. But the lagging plot just keeps on drudging forward, making you long for the Tuesday experience of truly great Flash storytelling.

Futures End #33 hits about the middle ground for issues of the series. Some great parts, but some parts that slip back into old long-standing problems.

We Are Robin isnt the most exciting of the new debuts, but it is quite ripe with potential.
